Fantastic food, every course was amazing, particular highlights the hake and the rhubarb soufflé. The setting is spectacular overlooking the firth of Tay and with the sun shining on us I couldn’t imagine a more idyllic experience.

We had a fantastic tasting menu overlooking the Tay. Particular highlights being the ‘Salad’ and ‘Strawberry’ and of course Jamie Scott serving one of the courses. Probably one of the most inventive meals we have had and better than some Michelin 1* restaurants we have been to. The accompanying wines were great and went well with the meals. And the Anster doughnut was creative and delicious. Shame you can’t give it a higher rating!
