By making a reservation at The Newport you agree to our reservation & cancellation terms.
We require credit/debit card details to secure your booking. If you wish to change or cancel your booking please do so with at least 48 hours notice or you may be charged our cancellation fee of £70 per head for dinner, and £40 for lunch. The more notice we have, the more likely we are able to re sell the table and in this instance the fee is waived.
Please Note all cancellations must be made via telephone only.
We would also respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Where this is not the case, the time that you are seated will depend entirely on availability.
Of course, any cancellation made as a direct result of Covid-19 or in the instance that the restrictions to trading are reapplied, there will be no charges. Please be aware that we do require evidence of your Track and Trace email or message in order to cancel your reservation free of charge.
Please inform us of any dietary or allergy requirements at the time of your reservation or 24 hours-notice prior to your booking date.
This will help us ensure that we can create the best possible menu to accommodate your needs.
Whilst we can cater for most dietary & allergy requirements, unfortunately due to the extensive length & the number of components to the menu we are unable to offer a menu suitable for some very restricted diets.
The Newport cannot be held responsible if we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements if insufficient notice is given. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
