By using this website and The Newport online booking service you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions detailed below which form the basis of your contract with The Newport.

We regret that our four suites may not be suitable for guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements. Please contact the hotel prior to completing your booking should you have any concerns or special requests. We offer four individually designed suites, two of which are family suites with fold out double beds. All our suites are generously proportioned, with King size beds or larger and finished to the highest of standards.

Dinner reservations cannot be guaranteed with your room booking and must be made through our dedicated website at At peak times, our restaurant can be extremely busy, and we recommend confirming your dinner reservation prior to completing your booking.

We welcome children and small families at The Newport. Two of our rooms are suitable for small families, each with a fold out double bed. Please select the relevant option when making your booking. A £10 laundry surcharge will be added to your bill. 

Our properties are smoke-free and penalty fees will be applied if you smoke in the hotel or restaurant.

We regret that we do not allow dogs in any of our suites. (except guide dogs)

Gift vouchers should be handed declared upon arrival.

We try make every effort to supply the menu as described on the product listing, courses and menu items are subject to change dependant on the availability of produce from our suppliers. If a substitution is necessary, a replacement item of equal or greater quality in value will be supplied as part of your menu.

In addition to the recipe specific allergen information provided on the product listing for each of our menus, due to production and packing methods and our suppliers own processes, some products may also contain low levels of the following allergens: Cereals containing Gluten, Milk, Fish, Crustaceans, Molluscs, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Sulphites, Mustard, Lupin, Celery, Nuts and Peanuts

We offer specific menus to cater to the following dietary requirements: No Gluten, No Nuts. Although every precaution is taken to avoid the cross-contamination of these menus catering to dietary requirements, please be aware that all of our menus are produced in a kitchen that handles gluten and nut containing ingredients.

Requests for cancellation of orders must be made before 8am on the Monday 20th December 2021 prior to the collection date of the 24th December as our chefs must order ingredients in advance to prepare each order. All requests for cancellation must be sent to
